I don't get it. What were you thinking in posting a link to this video? It was more than dumb and a complete waste of time. It was actually insulting.

You could have posted a link to many numerous programs airing on TV now from either the Discovery Channel or the History Channel. The shows I watched last night just blew my mind away.

The Discovery Channel had that show about Stephen Hawking. Before I never quite understood why he had such star status or his work on black holes was so groundbreaking. Yeah, I read his books. But, this show finally explained in very simple and understandable terms that a unified theory of the very large (Einstein's relativity theory) and very small (quantum mechanics) will come from mathematical models of the boundaries where it should break down.

The History Channel had it's Universe series on and the topic tonight was Supernovas, the most violent and they repeatedly said most dangerous thing in the universe for the large gamma ray emissions. They also said that our Milky Way galaxy was due for supernova and Betelgeuse (640 light-years from Earth) was a prime candidate.

Love ya, bro. But the Monkees were covered in Serge's video and the lyrics of "we're the new generation and we have something to say" probably already has been said, like 40 years ago. But I love that song.

The new geration now has Lady Gaga and that whole "monkeying around" shouldn't necessarily be discarded out of hand. They can develop their own music, even as bad as it is.

I think the use of "monkey" is mostly rhetorical--the guy who made the video probably knows about this in a technical sense.
