Okay so it is confirmed bc a reliable source (player) told it directly to me.

Apparently during the Oklahoma drill one non-starting cocky WR got beat bad then decided to talk smack. A huge fight broke out between the offense and defense and a coach was slapped and coach Stoops ended up with a turned ankle.

Not a huge deal, happens all the time but I thought it was kinda funny :)

I didn't think WR's participated in Oklahoma drills. Blocking? Ball-carrier?

This is how I feel. Not really a bad thing. Unless you're coach stoops' foot

Fights in practice are a good thing (most of the time)IMHO.Never had it be a negative impact when I played.

Fights happen all the time during practice at all levels; not really a big deal unless a stud gets hurt :)

Its my understanding, that Stoops wore the boot to the first practice after media day, which was shorts and shoulder pads, and they did not run the Oklahoma Drill till the following Monday, the first day in pads.

IIRC , but then, I may not recall correctly. I'm gettin purty old.

I don't keep up with practices, i actually have a life.

Huh??? I didn't notice Stoops limping on TV. Was he?
