Joey Wuertemberger, Brad's private coach.

Did anybody else laugh when they read this guy's name. If I were him I'd start up a franchise of Wuertemberger's and show Whataburger what's up.

Why does the term "private coach" seem awfully ghey?

I read this this morning in Tulsa paper and wondered whether 12 year olds should be even discussing college sports commitments as of yet. Something Lane Kiffin-ish about the whole thing.

My ten month old has committed to Oklahoma. We'll find something he can do.

I thought they outlawed this type of stuff recently?

The kid does have a fullblood Sooner pedigree.

His dad was one of my conditioning coaches for wrestling. His mom was a home ec. teacher.

His dad was also the head football for Yukon for 1 year, and took them to the state finals only to be slaughtered by Calmus and company. The following year he went to the semi's and then was recruited to go coach in TX.

His son went on to wrestle at UCO. Very athletic family.

Hey, if the kid's still interested in OU when he comes of age, awesome! But didn't we laugh our azzes off at USC for this sort of thing not too long ago?

Just sayin'.

I agree w/ you 100%! But apparently the kid is one of the once every 10-15 year phenom's! Think LeBron but Golf. But no matter what this kid would go to OU. He's born and bred a Sooner though, they've always been sooner nuts. VERY good people!

I'm still hoping we can get a commit from that 8 year old tiddlywink champ out of Arkansas.
