My best friends dad, who is a professor in the finance department, has a great story about Broyles.

Broyles, Loadholt and Manny Johnson were getting out of a study hall session in Price and got on the elevator with said professor. It should be noted that said professor is a huge ND fan and always wears a ND hat.

Loadholt asks the Dr if he is a ND fan and if they have any talent. Prof responds that "Im a huge OU fan and ND fan and ND has some talent but not like when I taught there, I was in South Bend in 75-82 and actually had Joe Montana in one of my classes."

Ryan Broyles response, "Who in the hell is Joe Montana"
