Any turd people in the house?

I saw this turd this morning at the feeder outside my home office window. I saw it about two weeks ago for the first time and decided to take a photo if it ever returned. It's about the same size as the droppings it hangs with, but what's with the red lipstick and off-white color? Does anyone know if it's a particular species or is it some kind of mutation?
