This is the first year for Stoops to have a bowl winning QB as his starter for the opener.

Granted, this assumes that Landry doesn't pull a Bomar in the next 60 days, or that Bell beats him out, but I feel pretty secure that those things aren't going to happen.

Landry won't get into any trouble. I know him a little through church things and the dude is a big Christian. Same with Whitney. It's great knowing we have a guy like that as a QB that we don't have to worry about robbing cars or doing drugs
