on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the highest: What would you rank the importance of this young man to our offense.

I only say this because I had such high expectations for him last year. He kinda let me down. I'm not saying he's not a good player... he chose us over tOSU. I heard that most of his problems last year was that he didn't have a full grasp on the offense and it showed in his performance. I hope he breaks out this season.

If he can get past the dropsies he could make a fair bit of noise.

broyles and miller are our only 2 established receivers. we need someone to step up, and i don't care who it is. kenney in that role would be just fine with me.

7, really good blocker and if he could hold on to the ball, he could have a big impact

I'm looking for a WR to emerge that can do something with the ball after the catch. Broyles is the only one that has showed he can do it. Seemed all the others (when they caught it) caught it and fell down or was tackled immediately. I only remember Miller having one long run after the catch against KSU I think. Maybe it had to do with how they ran their routes, their inexperience, or the DB's knowing what they were doing and hanging out in their back pocket.

Caleb had a few good run after catches.

4.5 - I think Jaz Reynolds will be more of an impact. He had 13 receptions for 256 yards last year, good for 19.7 yards per reception. With Broyles, Dejaun, and if Kenny Stills is the real deal like we all hope, Cam will have to step up his game quite a bit...

I like the way you think. This is the year for leaders to lead and followers to step to the next level play, as the leader in his absence. I think in light of last year, the players and coaches all realized that the loss of one, must not be felt as a loss, but that of another option. After watching all of the spring videos on Soonersports.com and getting a look at the fresh legs in the spring game; I was able to gather that ALL players in ALL positions are getting ALOT of REPS; this is my reason for thought.
