Hi guys, sorry I don't post much but I read ALL the time!

So I'm looking for a smaller TV to go in my den. It's more of a mud room area. 10x25 room. I want to put in on a wall mount in the corner of the room (trying to do some changes to make the area look like a pub). What are your thoughts on some of these off bran TV's? (Viore, Sylvannia, RCA etc). It will not be the main tv I watch, I just think it would be cool to set something up down there. I do not want to spend over $250. What are your thoughts/ suggestions? Cuss and discuss for me :) Thanks!

if i was married to that price range, i think i'd be looking at 32" LCDs on craigslist or something

i've seen off-brand LCDs, the biggest difference i've seen are brightness, inputs, and maybe speakers, but i haven't really looked that closely

I have an Insignia (Best Buy's brand made by LG) and have been impressed with the picture. I bought a 42" LCD for $500.
