I had an xray for something or other and the doc said, "When did you break your collar bone?" I said, "Uh, I didn't know I ever did break my collar bone." Apparently had a nice little healed break. Musta been when I was cheering and had people climbing all over my shoulders. I remember times when it smarted, but unless it breaks completely in two, maybe it's not that bad. And this is not last year. I will sacrifice a live chicken if I have to, that **** ain't happenin' again.

Little guy, supposed to be fast enough to play for Florida even, I don't know if we had him slotted for a DB spot or as a WR.

I know in the 2008-2009 he was the third fastest kid in the state of Texas. I remember reading an article on how he was in a great position to set records in Track & Field last year. I never followed up, and when I google him all I see is his suspension last year due to sexting.

That said, Jay Norvell was real high on him, and it was at his insistence they offered him last summer. That's from a soonerscoop article

Yeah his speed is pretty sick. Would have loved to see him in the return game.

I wonder if this is going to cause the other players to become more cautious on the field and not go 100%, just because of what they saw last season with the injuries.

Not from the kids that aren't listed as the #1 at their position.... which in turn will make the #1's play even harder to keep their spot. They cycle goes on and on. Seriously, I doubt anyone will slack.... they have invested too much to take a couple of plays off. This is the time to showcase themselves!

With as good as he will be, it was doubtful that he was going to see the field much this year, anyway. He's a Ryan Broyles-type return man/ slot WR. Right now, he would be about 3rd string on the depth chart at the slot behind Broyles and probably one of the seniors. In the return game, it's about the same. He was likely going to redshirt anyway.
