meh. they just about run their state. they just have some morons on the team.

they at least win their division occasionally

any Big 12 South school not OU or Texas would be tougher to win at

it's probably harder to keep your job at aTm though, the rest of them have more realistic expectations

Lane Kitten inherited and left a mess in Knoxville. Dooley is a Saban disciple and I think if he's given time will do well--unless Georgia comes calling after they fire Mark Richt.;)

The kid in that pic won a national title this year and blocked two field goals late in the fourth quarter against Tennessee. Obviously he wasn't TOO gassed. :D

They were sucking wind pretty badly a year earlier in the Sugar Bowl.

Just when UT had done an about face to get things on the right track, this happens. What may ultimately lead to an even bigger hit was the statement by the bar owner about players being admitted w/o paying a cover charge. In light of the penalties USC suffered after the Bush affair, players receiving improper benefits will be on the NCAA radar.

This is where UT needs to get into action. As a result of this, are they mailing announcements to bars telling them to charge athletes as much as anyone else? Are they logging all mailings?

Heh. Richt isnt getting fired for at least another 5 years. They just got a new AD :D. Especially if he wins a title here soon. And he's getting to be about due for 1. He has won two of em, the fact that he won them before being in the SEC was an automatic MNC game berth isnt his fault. New AD's are much more likely to keep the status quo and he wont be getting a real one for at least another 6 months. Just Sayin'
