Place is a **** hole. I mean it's pathetic, I'd heard they were severely understaffed among other issues such as "rampant" violence. But it's embarrassing that Oklahoma County can't get their act together. This apparently has been an on going problem for the last decade, makes that new jail they are proposing to build look like more of a reality now wouldn't you say?

I remember when they built that jail. It was only like twenty years ago or so.
