DO NOT post stuff on social networking sites about your case. Moreover, even if you think you might someday sue or be sued over a matter, DO NOT post stuff about the issue on social networking sites. Kplzthx.
P.S. Use of so-called "privacy settings" are completely irrelevant as to whether said stuff is discoverable by the other side. Two words: it is.
