A local news station just did a story on local park officials complaining that parents are dumping their kids off at their pools and expecting them to be a cheap babysitter.

Then, the pool ends up calling the parents, because

a) Kid thought he could be smart and say he was under 12 so that he would save a buck on admission

b) Kid too stupid to realize that he's not allowed to swim without a parent if he's under 12.
