I hope he makes a good run at the Rookie of the Year crown this season.

Last season I bought 3 tickets to the first Clippers game in OKC, and Blake got hurt a few days later.

I'm excited to have him play in OKC again soon.

I wish he would have stayed a year - then he'd be with the Wizards instead of the Clips. Ah well, make us proud, BG!

Hopefully he's back to his old self and just dominates this year. I'll predict a 20-10 season for him.

20-10 for a rookie coming off of knee surgery? those are pretty high expectations...

agreed. I'm sure he'll have a few monster rebound games where he'll around 20, and will probably have a few 30 point games sprinkled in there too.

Unless he has found a reliable mid-range jumper while healing from his injury, I'd look for him to average more along the lines of 16 and 8. I hope it's much more than that though.

On the plus side, we've been getting to see him remind us all that footlongs at Subway are just $5. :D

Check this out. (http://www.subwayfreshbuzz.com/celebrity_friends/blake_griffin/)

I think it's funny that (a) they airbrushed any mention of our university and his number and (b) they chose the dunk where he was brushing his chin against the backboard.

Isn't he being held out of all summer ball activity? I hope so...really jazzed to see him have a great rookie year.

If he found that his real fans expected any less of him, he'd be offended. I will continue to expect great things from him until I've been given a reason not to. So far, I haven't. He's a great player, and a great person...

And, since it's almost his rookie season again, I thought I'd take time to mention, in this thread about him, rather than start my own thread... that he's also funny as sh*t.
