Booger Pickens by a mile. Jones built most of his money through legal and semi-ethical means, Pickens is nothing more than a thief with a calculator.

If the Big 12 is going to add teams, I'd just assume Arkansas comes in.

It has always seemed like Arkansas is ostracized from SEC! SEC! bromance in the Old-South. I doubt Arkansas would leave the stable-SEC for the tumultuous new Big-12. But, if division integrity is kept and the conference goes to 12 teams, Arkansas could certainly compete for the Big 12 title game every year--they'd like that.
