A map to help select teams for the new Big 12

I think the Big 12 should not stop at 16, lets become a super conference with 18-20 teams. Yes it would be OU, Texas and the rest, but I'm not so sure Arkansas can't be enticed to come back.

Move OU and Okla St. to the north side and fill in with 6, 8 or 10 new teams from Texas, Memphis, ect.

Why not add Tulsa, they are as good as Kansas State, Iowa State and Baylor.
