I'm not going to stick to the program, either.

I've met Dan Beebe. He's a good guy. Played ball for Rice, as I recall. As far as I can tell here, what happened to him is that he believed someone who lied to him.

That kind of stuff can happen to a good guy.

it happened when the big 10 and pac 10 duped beebe in to not siding with the ACC and SEC for a play off system.
Big 12 was dominate at the time and would have made much more than the Big 10 on just our qualifiers for the playoff.
Now we're going to a conference that can't fill 1/2 of their stadiums and who don't watch college football on tv. guess it's still better then going to a conference where we may never again have a chance at an undefeated season.
