Actually it kinda started near the end of the season.
Mike Leach get fired for the Craig James son deal
Mark Mangino fired
Bobby Bowden retires
Jim Leavitt the guy that basically created USF football is fired
Urban Meyer retires, then decides to come back, then decides to go on a leave of absence then decides not to take that leave.
Pete Carroll takes the Seattle Seahawks job
USC hires a coach with a sketchy resume in Lane Kiffin. They bring a bunch of big name coaches making everyone think that they aren't getting
Tenn hires a coach with a losing record at La Tech
You have lingering talk about Mizzou and Nebraska going to the Big 10 but nothing serious till June when the Big 12 gives Neb/Mizzou an ultimatum. Nebraska takes an invite from the Big 10.
Colorado takes an invite from the PAC 10 that will probably end with at least 4 other Big 12 South teams headed there.
And we still have about 80 days to go.
