College Football from the remainder of college athletics? Make it a go big or go home situation. Why not have the 40 most serious programs battle it out every year with less restrictions than we have now. More scholarships, JV progams, 5 years of eligibility etc. Everybody else can form a second tier if they like, and I think relegation like Euro soccer leagues have wouldn't be a bad idea for this either. At some point, you have to recognize that College Football is a big ****ing business and run it as such, right? Instead of pretending about amateurism etc.
