We had some scoring opportunities early on but couldn't get the 2 out hit. Then Baylor came through in the same situation. I was in section 113 real close to Joe C. who was one section over with his family.

On a side note, just before the first pitch, the stadium announcer said something about the "no no's" for fans including 'no racist and no sexist' comments. I was surprised that was even necessary to say. I've never heard any fans say that kind of stuff at a sporting event in my lifetime.

There was a Baylor fan a few rows behind me who was telling everyone around him very loudly about the whole "more scholarships than we had" episode that led to Sunny getting the gig. I fake sneezed "DAVE BLISS!" and that was pretty much the end of that convo.

Anyway, giving up two out rallies has been our downfall all season, so it's no surprise that's what sent us packing and pretty much killed any shot we had for hosting a regional.
