IMHO, that cheerleader percentage is way too damn small.

A few conclusions:

First: games on CBS are best, due to the highest amounts of both playing time AND cheerleaders.

Second: logically speaking, any time the game clock is running should be considered "playing time". Thus, the "playing time" of a game should ALWAYS equal one hour.

Now, if some of this is covered up by commercials, that's another argument. I think whoever did this "breakdown" chose to consider only the time from the snap of the ball to a play whistled dead as "playing time", which is nonsensical. Although this is a good basis for another argument... considering that in an hour-long game of football there might only be 10 actual minutes of physical exertion it seems pretty clear to me that football players are gigantic pansies compared to soccer players, who manage to run somewhere between 4 and 6 miles over the course of a 90 minute game with only one official break. ;)

Those he-man soccer players can expect the other he-man soccer players to get carded and even tossed if there is contact atwixt them . . .
