OT: NAGA Grappling/Ju Jitsu Championships in Texas

I put this on the General Sports Forum, but hardly nobody goes over there, and I felt like sharing (ok, bragging). :)

I entered two divisions (30 and over and 40 and over) and won both at the 225 pound weight class this weekend. I entered the intermediate level (just behind the black belt level), for people who have between 2-5 years experience (I have 4 months).

Didnt' submit anyone, but I beat them on points. It was my first tournament.

Get ready for the injuries bro. I decided to add grappling to my skills 3 years ago, ended up taking judo. After 2 years of it, one broken ankle and and one mcl surgery. I miss it though I must admit, that was some dam good workouts. I won a several 30 plus matches but never won a tournament. Good Luck!
