Never any allegations of that with Bob Ross - he was in fact ex-USAF and decided on leaving the Air Force that he didn't want to have to be the mean SOB screaming at other people anymore. Hence his super-mellow painting persona.

Now, Jeff Smith (Frugal Gourmet) did have about 9 different former employees (all male) claim sexual harassment against him. He was never charged - settled out of court. He died in 2004.
