Old farmer who was a client of mine said eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper.

Fortunately my employer provides an employee dining room that serves pretty good food. Breakfast costs me $1.00 for a choice of bacon or links, pancakes, burritos, eggs cooked to order, miscellaneous fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, omelets, red or green. Lunch costs $2.00.

If you could link me to that article, I need to ask for a raise.

Just finished an Omelet, toast, juice and some oatmeal....man life is good...I think I might have some fruit before my mid-morning snack. Just got my tax return back....lol
