I am sad that Jimmy will no longer be a Buc

Good luck Jimmy

TAMPA – The chances of Kyle Moore taking over as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' starting left end improved dramatically on Tuesday when former starter Jimmy Wilkerson signed a one-year deal with the New Orleans Saints.
Wilkerson, who confirmed the signing in a text message to The Tribune, came to the Bucs as a free agent in 2008 and started 15 games for them in 2009 before suffering a season-ending knee injury.
The Bucs expressed an interest in re-signing Wilkerson, but with Moore ready to vie for the starter's job in their rebuilding program the Bucs saw Wilkerson as a third or rotational end, not a regular.
Moore is expected to battle Tim Crowder for the starting left end job. Crowder, a 2007 second-round draft pick of the Denver Broncos, was claimed off waivers by the Bucs last September. He had 37 tackles and 3.5 sacks in 15 games (four starts) in 2009.

Yep, 1 year for $2 million. He's really made a nice career for himself and took care of his family doing so.

Congrats, Jimmy!

Should have lots of good company with the Saints.

I was one of the people who thought it was a mistake for Jimmy to jump to the NFL when he did, but it looks like it was the right move.

Yeah, I think Stoops made a rare critical comment on the decision (although nothing like Carroll's comments regarding Mark Sanchez).

He didn't have much of a choice.

I still don't like the Saint's! I will cheer for those guys if they make a play though...

I'm just glad to see so many of our former players succeeding.

Now if we'd just trade Reggie Bush and sign Ryan Broyles next year, I could like them. It felt better cheering for them when Dallas finally got Sean Payton back this year for me. :D Not good enough though... damn Favre.
