If I'm a bettin' man, I take the field. If I'm a bit more brave, I put a few diet cokes on Anthony Kim -- who just won the Houston Open on a course that has tried very hard lately to mimic conditions at Augusta (fast greens, limited rough, etc.). I say Tiger makes the cut, finishes somewhere in the 20th's. Yes, he is coming back in a controlled environment; but it is still akin to the emperor leaving the palace knowing that the kingdom is fully aware that he truly has no new clothes. Even big balls Stevie can't protect him from that mental challenge.

I'm indifferent. I would not be surprised to see him play well. Historically speaking however, he always seem to struggle in the opening round at the Masters, I can't imagine this would be any different.

see, this "argument" is the entire reason why i have never been a tigger fan (no offense, landrun). once we, and by that i mean the media and all the other lemmings jumping off the cliff, get it through our thick skulls that he (tigger) wants to win more than anyone else, we'll be able to enjoy golf on TV.

about 80 guys are going to tee it up on thursday, and EVERY ONE OF THEM wants to/thinks they can win - even the amateurs. all these guys work hard and put in the hours (possibly the only credit i'll give tigger is that he's elevated everyone else's work ethic - yes, i know he's good, so don't say anything to that effect).

I just noticed on my Cox Cable guide while flipping through that on Cox's HD Channel 710 here in OKC, they will be broadcasting the Masters in 3D. Just says to need HD cable, 3D TV, and the glasses. Interesting. So if any of you have that, go for it. I ain't buying a 3D TV until my that I bought last August goes out and they are cheap. It will be several years. But it sounds pretty cool.

I dont care about the stuff Tiger did, thats between him and his family. The thing that bugs me is that he is talkinga bout making all of these changes and being a better person and yet he keeps doing these extremely selfish things. I watched today cus I like Phil and im glad he won, I also like watching Tiger play because obviously he is a great golfer. It is somewhat irritating that half of the time that ESPN spent on the Masters highlights and half of the headlines were about Tiger still and not about Phil or Anthony Kim or Westwood
