An Alabama couple name their child "Crimson Tide". I have heard of a dude from my school named "Boomer", but it had nothing to do with OU. This is out there.

I had a friend once who was called 'M.C.'
we were in our 40's before he told me his parents were a little lax on social details and that his name stood for 'Male Child' because his folks were too damn lazy to fill in a name on the birth cert.
He was from Arkansas. Good guy, but somehow it made sense, considering.

Has anybody here named their kids after former players? FWIW I named my second born son Adrian...
