seeing that stuff on a big screen is a revelation. i had a great summer about 8 years ago seeing all that stuff at CU's summer film series. every friday night for about 6 weeks, Kurosawa....larger than life. love High and Low. Stray Dog is good, too. K's "noir's" are often overlooked.
