One of the old no votes, Harry Teague of New Mexico, says he is voting no again.

By the CNN count, which still has him undecided, that leaved 5 to stop the bill.
That leaves 5 more to kill it according to these sites.

JM, I don't think it's going to pass. I keep looking up these first time no voters that are still undecided, and they seem to want an up and down vote, are very moderate, or just seem like they are not wanting the increase in costs/debt.

Another no vote. CNN shows 33 total Dem "nos" without including the Teague no. That would leave only 4 more to kill it.

CNN still has him undecided. That would leave only 3 on my count.
