It's an overstatement, sure, but I'm hard pressed to think of another politician in recent memory that has been so two-faced and horrible for the Union.Hey, I am NO Pelosi fan. I would LOVE for her to be voted out of office. She grates on my nerves like #40 grit sandpaper.

That said, she isn't the devil that everyone tries to paint her as. And she's more obnoxious than she is "dangerous."

Her spending is out of control, she's a hypocrite, a partisan hack and an outright liar (like most of 'em) but she hasn't been "horrible for the Union." Mainly because she really hasn't done much of anything for or against the Union.

She's a direct result of George W. Bush being the colossal mess that he was. And now that Dubya is gone forever, removing/replacing her in the power structure is the next step in bringing our country back to the middle and away from the fringes which are currently running (and ruining) every damn thing.
