Despite their blatant lies, I believe Chik-fil-a invented the chicken.

I thought that after great debate it was decided that it didn't matter if the chicken or the egg came first, because the goal of an egg is to produce a chicken.

No need for a poll - the scholars at Oklahoma State already decided:

Did the chicken ever call the egg?

Did the chicken ever call the egg?

A couple of times but it was late and the chicken was really drunk.

Wouldn't it be great if one of our pointy-headed PhD's with all that book-learnin' and science could prove which came first?

The mutations leading to the genetic code which we identify as a chicken took place on the cellular level when the organism was only a few subdivisions of the egg old . . . so whatever laid that particular egg was almost but not quite a chicken.

Therefore, in answer to the question, the egg came first.

Really? When? Where? What's the answer?

Jacie

Read my previous post.

Of course, you have to accept the fact of evolution first, which as I understand, is a tough sell among some on this board . . .

I read it, and if it looks like horse****, and smells like horse****, and tastes like horse****, then I'd have to say it is horse****. I mean c'mon, intelligent people are supposed to buy the "almost a chicken" deal? Talk about grasping here. Jeez. That's not "believing in evolution." That's "making **** up."

Whether they want to agree with it or not, alot of that science crap is just an educated guess, nothing more because no one really knows those kind of answers

Yep.

But if you really want to argue about it the **** (as in another word for rooster) actually came first. :D
