Truth, when you first heard this line on the eTrade commercial, did you at anytime connect it to Lindsay Lohan? I didn't until I read about her suit against eTrade.

I never even made a connection of "Lindsey the Milkaholic" and Lindsay Lohan, to me the stupid thing is trying to say that your "brand" is more about being an alcoholic than it is an actress. Seems like a very poor lawsuit marketing wise.
