Irfanview is a good (and free) program for quick and easy re-sizing if you don't have any graphics programs or camera software that can do it.
Irfanview is fairly easy to use if you are experienced, but can be tricky for novices, so do your homework (info at the site, and it has help built in) before downloading. Great little program though. I use it on a daily basis, like it much better than any of my camera software for photo work, such as cropping, re-sizing, adjusting color, contrast, etc.

And this pic needs to be on the fark board, we could have some fun with it over there. ;)

That house is ACTUALLY painted those colors???? They must be color blind, that is killing my retinas, but as an aside...our place is crimson with close to cream trim on the outside. ;)
