I don't post all that often on here anymore, but I'm just kind of excited that I'm finally getting out of renting and buying myself a condo. All the advantages of ownership, with none of the yardwork. :) Plus I get the 10% first-time homebuyer tax credit, so I got that going for me, which is nice.
