Osborne only coached 2 more years after the XII began and just because of the 2 years only is why I didn't include him in...although he did win a conference title and a national title.
winning a national title while in the Big 12 is better than every other coach in the Big 12... except for the other coaches who had also done it.
Make Ozzy No. 3 for his two years in the Big 12. They were a better two years than most coach's 0-??? years in the Big 12.

Let me try to remember, Les Miles was the coach at Oklahoma WHEN?:P

You do know there is a state named Oklahoma, right?
leaving Osborne out is just a little off
won 2 Conference titles, played for 3, won a national title
he owned the Big 8/12 in the '90s. Nebraska was the first team to beat in the Big 12
and Leach didn't make it to #10... got the invite though :D

1 conference title, played for 2, one national title
