I need your help. Actually, you probably don't even need to be an expert just someone more in the know than me. My desktop crashed recently and I had to have the hard drives replaced. I purchased Office 2007 Standard back in 2008 and paid a little bit extra for the download protection meaning that I could download it again should something like this happen. My questions is, how do you download it? I can't seem to find anything, other than my receipt, that even references downloading it again.

I bought it online, but I don't remember the specific site. I want to say it was the microsoft store but I am not certain of that. The emailed receipt was from "[email protected]"

you should be able to download the trial from there and use the code you have to activate it

The only tiral version they had said Professional but I am downloading that now. I will try the activation key I have from there. Thanks, I didn't think the trial version would work.

On a side note, I subscribed to carbonite about 90 days prior to my pc calling it quits. It took a while to get my 82 gigs of pictures and video uploaded, but the process of getting them back has been pretty smooth. I am sure it will be a couple of days before they are all back on my pc, but getting it started has been easy. I would recommend carbonite based on my experience so far.

It said that it is an invalid product key. I will try their customer support during their hours of operation which I think are 10:00 to 11:30 and 2:00 to 4:00 Monday through Thursday.
