I guess they took it to a new level by creating a huge limo ride but if you are in a car and you are underage and a cop pulls the car over....can't they take you to jail for public drunkeness and process you accordingly to Juvenile Detention or the Adult Drunk Tank?

Or maybe when those kids get caught they can have their Parent's show up in court and ask them why the hell they are letting their kids drink or at the very least let them know their kid might be headed for trouble if he appears before the Judge again?
