My easiest too. I wrote a paper for that class philosophically proving that love does not exist. They still cite that paper in that class some 30+ years later.

I went to school in NY and had some extra credits from taking AP exams. So for electives I took Beers of the World one semester and the other I took Wines & Cheeses of the World. Enjoyable but not as easy as they sound. Actually had to study to get down some of the terminology and historical aspects.
