Under, definitely. She's not a whiney beyonce and they'll probably accompany her with background music so that it's perfectly timed to fit within the pregame festivities and to not cut into expensive advertising time.

As for your other questions, heads on the coin flip. Hartley with the opening FG sounds like a good pick (unless he's too busy with Who Dat wimmens after making his last FG), there will definitely be a defensive or special teams' touchdown and I think the Colts will have a longer TD play.
