We've got a lot of guys on hand with the 'tools' [/Beavis and Butthead laugh]to get it done. Unfortunately the hands aren't always suited for the job.

Lots of Keystone Light, lots of chicken, and physical activity is a good diet. A few years ago I lost about 30 lbs. on that diet over a span of about 4-6 months. Then I got off it and gained almost all of it back. Weird.

Beer has no fat my friend, only empty calories and sodium. If you would get off of your *** and stop eating taco bell every meal youd be ok :D
