I personally don't believe that you can legitimately smile and be playing hard and focused at the same time. Crocker is the hardest working player on the team, so it adds up.

I talked to a former K-State player about him. I tried to say that K-State's success was due to Huggins, and that Martin just went along for the ride. He basically said that despite being called some things he couldn't repeat, he felt Martin was a good coach and wasn't so fond of Huggins.

Hey look on the bright side! Warren didn't turn it over tonight. I think we need to go back to having TMG and Cade be our offense. Especially TMG. Crocker needs to be out there for defense, but he shouldn't be our main shooter unless he's got the hot hand (he didn't tonight). Tiny needs to be getting more than 3 shots. Keep Warren off the court unless nothing else is working.

That team finished the year 1-7. They had more issues than not playing Carter the 1st half of the year.

Have him be the leader all year it changes that team completely and they are more confident late in the year. As it was that team came into conference play not knowing who was it's best player then Carter came in and averaged 17 a game in conference play. Put him as the starter all year not only does it help early in the year but it helps that team come together and makes them overall better. It's like saying okay last years team goes without Blake Griffin till conference play. That team would have a tough time making the NIT too.

TMG and Warren and Gallon are hugely talented, they just havent figured it out yet minus TMG

Gallon basically plays like a guard right now. I've never seen a 6-8 300 guy scared to play inside but he is petrified of being 5 feet inside the basket. If he played half like Kevin Bookout played he would probably be averaging at least 15 points and maybe 20+ points a game. He's that athletic, but instead he tries to play like a guard. And when we went with the 4 guard lineup at times it was really like we were going with a 5 guard lineup because Gallon basically is a guard right now.
