I would think some high-end specialty grocers in OKC would carry it. I recently noticed that the grocery store in my office complex carries Russian caviar. Yeah, it is salty and bitter, but I get that you would have a craving for it.

Please get sustainably farmed caviar (http://www.montereybayaquarium.org/cr/SeafoodWatch/web/sfw_factsheet.aspx?gid=33).

Also as a fun fact UGA makes their own caviar - http://www.ajc.com/sports/uga/uga-caviar-the-new-117418.html

I can give you all you want in a coupla months. Paddlefish time is just around the corner, but we never keep them. Just catch and release, I would gladly give you one if you want. One fish will usually net about 4 to 7#s of caviar. That should be enough to satisfy your craving!!

I got to have some Beluga a few weeks ago, from the owner of a wine bar here who was considering adding it as an appetizer. It was very mild and smooth; nothing like what I've had before. I'm ready for more now, please. :D

I know a lady who will eat the fire out of caviar and crap like goose liver patte - but turns her nose up at an elk steak or deer chili. For the record, she's a pretentious bitch who thinks that eating nasty fish eggs and ground up liver is a status symbol or something.

I've eaten caviar and patte. I've had pretty decent tasting patte, but caviar - to me - tastes just like what it is. Bait. I've eaten very expensive caviar, and it still tastes like those salmon eggs you use for trout bait smell. I'd eat it if I was starving or if it was .25 cents a pound, but for the price, and the nasty fishy taste, I'll pass.
