I am 26, workout 3-4 times a week and that's without basketball the court is being redone so I have to watch my BP a little since it's slightly above normal...anyways,
I am having a can of Lemon Pepper Tuna blended in with some Purple Hull Peas with some Propel!!! Damn good I might add. I also have some paper seaweed to complement the my meal!
