Pecan pie pancakes from IHOP are amazing. I'm going to go with the underdog not mentioned though, banana nut pancakes with whipped cream and warm butter pecan syrup

I can't remember the last time I had any pancakes? Maybe I'll go get me some this weekend. I await the winner of the non-pole.

#1 (if done a special way)....creamy melted brown sugar bananas in the batter and coming out large and fluffy with a decaden, rich, Grade A amber bottle of Vermont Maple Syrup!!!

Vermont? Please. Watered down and tasteless. Wisconsin is where it's at.

I'm pretty sure chocolate chip pancakes could have handled Texas, if the game was played on a neutral platter. I'd still take 'Bama head-to-head, though. The monied interests that run the BCS will never give members of the IHOP and Waffle House Conferences a fair shot, though, so we'll never know.

While I cannot debate the correctness of the boob pancake, I'm not certain it is the same type of foodstuff as is under scrutiny.
Make mine bacon pancakes, with blueberry a close second.
