screwing around with certain drugs can over work and speed up the Heart and cause "Heart Attacks" at any age - sad news no matter what..

it's not likely. it's one of those things where if he has never had any kind of heart problems, nobody would ever think to check and see if he has an enlarged heart. then out of nowhere, he's dead. sad deal.
