I think ECU may be a better job right now that South Florida. I guess Big East is better than CUSA. Kevin Wilson may be up for the ECU job.

There's 22 head coaching vacancies in college football this year.

Now what if East Carolina takes Kevin Wilson who is the next OC at OU?

Most likely going to be WR coach, Jay Norvell. Josh is doing great with QBs, dunno if he's ready for the whole enchilada. I know one thing... when his day comes, if he calls a game like he played one, he'll be one of the top coordinators in the country.

I think USF has to be considered one of the top jobs out there. I know it's not a major school, but it is right in the middle of a recruiting hot-bed, the program has really grown fast considering it has only been around a few years, and plus it is in the Big East conference which isn't exactly the toughest to compete in on a yearly basis.

Pretty much a no-brainer for Holtz to go there if they offered it.

why does everyone think our OC or DC is automatically going to be the top candidate for every job opening? is there even a sniff of a rumor out there that kevin wilson could be the next HC at ECU, or is it just talking out of the ***?
