One of the Cardinals (Early Doucet - LSU Grad) says "What can I say...Defense wins Championships!".

OK...I'll give you that it was a defensive play that won the game....but there was 96 points scored in the game! Defense? What defense...lol

That was a tremendously entertaining game. Just like the NFL likes - lots of TD passes. Great comeback by the Pack, then pfffffft! Amazing ending.
This weekend and next are the 2 best weekends of the NFL season, IMHO.

I thought for sure the Packers had it won on the coin toss. I hate NFL overtime. But....in this case, it shockingly backfired on Green Bay.

I have coaxed myself off the ledge after sleeping on it, playing violent vidya games and while I would prefer any win to any loss, at least my team didn't give up.

However, if any of you give me crap about this, I will just forward your anti-Packer remarks to Dean. You've been warned!

Kudos to our cheesehead friends for not making excuses due to the missed face-mask call on the last play (unless I missed it). It would have been a bail-out call had the flag been thrown because the ball was out before it happened. I suspect the refs didn't catch it because the ball *was* out and the eyes naturally follow the ball and the back judge was shielded from the play. There's always next year :)
