Way early 2010 Top 10

Obviously alot of guys will turn pro that will affect this but as of today, this is what I got...

1) Bama, return QB and Heisman winning RB

2) Ohio st, Pryor is back, D is always good, Big ten not so good

3) Oregon, high powered offense coming back for the most part

4) Boise, why not?

5) USC, I think Barkley will be a stud next yr

6) Texas, until we show we can win in the RRS again, texas is higher than us

7) OU, could be higher but we have to prove we can block someone and stay healthy and beat uterus

8) Florida, how will they ever go on without Tebow?

9) Va Tech, Taylor is really starting to develop at QB

10) Nebraska, their offense has to get better, right?

I think 1-5 is SPOT on for the preseason. I don't see 2 teams emerging form the pac 10 late in the year, though.

I would put Boise at # 2. Returning 23 of 24 starters...(includes punter and kicker). I don't think Oregon rates that high. I'm not convinced, anyway.

I would love to see Boise start at #2 so all they have to do is finish undefeated again and have their deserved (in their minds) shot at the title......only to have Virginia Tech beat them and destroy their whole season by mid-September.

how will TCU rank?
..and Utah, BYU, Houston (sinking ship), and the like? One of these should probably be thrown in the top 10 because of an easy schedule.
who will contest Ohio State in the Big 10? Iowa again?
who will contest Cinci (even without their coach) in the Big East? WVU?
will anyone have the balls to rank Notre Dame? (seriously doubt it)

Usually the pre-season for XXXX year looks eerily similar to the post-season for XXXX-1. Put OU and USC back at the top, and send it to the press...
