I wonder if this will be one of the stances that tejas fans will take.

You may hear this from your local longhorn supporter tomorrow.

Axe him if he feels that the the win over the Sooners in October was "tainted" because of Sam's injury.

Nope, injuries are part of the game. Isn't that what Mack always says? As far as tainted wins, the Big XII game had a little stinky stuff attached to it and they all skated when VY's knee was down against USC so they shouldn't alibi up now when it didn't go their way.

Can you tell I'm still hacked off over their outrageous behavior last year?

UT fans claimed they "knocked" Sam out of the RRS, and with some relish. let them stick with that logic when it comes to their own.

if we put an asterisk next to every team that won because the runner-up had some people injured, there would never be a champion. play through it. if you lose, no one wants to hear it.
