How many good teams did Texas beat? I'd take Boise State's wins over Oregon and TCU over Texas' extremely close/borderline lucky wins against OU and Nebraska.

The reality is that Boise State went UNDEFEATED and beat two top 10 teams, and if you watched the game you could see that they were clearly not fluke wins. They controlled the game in it's entirety. If you don't think Boise State was deserving of a #2 spot then you need to get a clue.
